This spacious penthouse apartment is privately owned and has recently been completely redecorated. It has stunning views over the Atlantic and the mountains in the south of the island and Fuerteventura. Evening is a special time of the day and the sunsets are quite spectacular.
The apartment boasts being centrally located (close to the New and Old Town of Puerto del Carmen) and just meters from the beach in a complex set within well-maintained gardens throughout.
The accommodation has an open plan lounge/diner with a fitted kitchen with all the domestic electrical appliances such as a 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave, Fridge, toaster, kettle plus all other kitchen utensils including an iron and ironing board.
The lounge/dining area has a TV/DVD/CD player with radio plus a few family DVDs and CDs.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both have built-in wardrobes, and sea views, there are two large terraces, each comprising of a table and 4 chairs and the front terrace also has 4 sun loungers, both terraces have fantastic panoramic sea and mountain views.
There are 2 communal heated pools in the complex, one for adults and a pool for the children.
Unfortunately, due to the steps to this apartment it would not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. However, for those who are able, the views are 100% worth it!!
Caleton Blanco is situated in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen and only a 15 min drive from Arrecife airport.
